System or Service Impacted: Student eServices, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Campus Solutions (CS), and Human Resources (HR)

Description: PeopleSoft Quarterly Patch/Maintenance Weekend

Students/Staff Impacted: During this time, there will be no access to eServices. Students will not be able to enroll/drop classes, make payments, view records. College offices will not be able to process payments, enrollments, drops, transcripts, or any other activity involving student records. Additionally, District Office staff will be unable to access Campus and HR systems. Access to Canvas will not be interrupted.

Effective Date and Time: Friday night, March 18th, 2022 at 11:30 p.m. until completion, but no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 20th.

Action Requested: The time is required to complete a full maintenance cycle. Please plan your work accordingly.

District Office Network Maintenance 21-FEB-2021

SERVICE DESK BULLETIN:   Planned Electrical Maintenance – DO MDF power redundancy (2/21/2021)

 

System or Service Impacted:  See table and schedule in the description below.

 

Description:  The District Office MDF is only utilizing one power source at this time. FM will be performing work in order to supply redundant power to the room. In order to do this, power may be taken down in the MDF resulting in loss of connectivity at DO. This will impact all connectivity to/from DO.
